When I worked, the concessioner was willing to work with your college schedule. That may no longer be true. The employee dorms when I worked there were four kids to a room (two bunk beds with just room to walk between), two small closets, no other furniture and space for none, room for four foot lockers. Community bathrooms did not have curtains, no shower curtains and the showers opened to the windows, so you had to take a bed sheet to use for a curtain while showering - you get the idea! No television, one pay phone for the entire building. We absolutely loved the experience, but the living conditions were pretty bad. Kinda like camping out only with walls and a roof. If your son is interested, I'd say he should submit an application with the dates he is available. I know that many students don't work the whole summer even now.
