I appreciate each and every opinion. I think you and I could probably agree on the situation. I dont understand it either though the thoughts of some I have spoken with are that elk are a major draw to hunters both in state and out of state which of course as we know means ...MONEY!!!!Im seriosuly considering the fact that this may be why elk are not being singled out as the bison are.
Dunno....the research continues.
