Last year at Tower we had about 20+ Chinese and 1 Columbian. They pay sort of an employment service. The Columbian was trying to promote working overtime so he could pay, think it was $2,000, back to his mother who paid his fee. He worked for me in the employee dining room
But then later this past winter I heard from him that he had gone to Hong Kong to visit his girl friend from the park.
